Terms of Service
TalkDoc Marketplace (mp.talkdoc.com) · Last updated July 2026
1. The service
The TalkDoc Marketplace is a directory and referral service operated by TalkDoc Inc. It helps patients find licensed clinicians and send appointment requests, and helps clinicians publish listings. Use of the marketplace is free for patients; clinician listings are free, with optional paid software subscriptions (AI Pro).
2. Not medical care, not for emergencies
TalkDoc Inc. does not itself provide mental health or other healthcare provider services. The telemedicine services made available through TalkDoc are provided by licensed clinicians practicing within independently-owned professional entities. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988; if this is an emergency, call 911.
3. Accuracy of listings
Clinicians are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles. “TalkDoc-verified Medicaid” indicates that TalkDoc confirmed plan participation with the practice at the time of verification; participation can change, so always confirm coverage with the practice before your visit.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false appointment requests or applications, scrape or bulk-download listings, or use the marketplace to harass clinicians or patients. We may remove listings or block access for misuse.
5. AI Pro subscription
AI Pro is a month-to-month software subscription for clinicians ($49/month after a 14-day free trial). It may be cancelled at any time from the clinician dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and does not affect the free listing.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The marketplace is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkDoc Inc. disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for the acts or omissions of clinicians or the outcome of any care arranged through the marketplace.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
