Trust & accuracy
How TalkDoc keeps listings accurate
Medicaid directories are notorious “ghost networks” — full of clinicians who aren't really available, aren't taking new patients, or don't actually take the plan listed. We're built to be different: verified-bookable, not just listed.

How we keep listings accurate
Clinicians confirm their own listings
Every clinician on TalkDoc actively confirms that their information — the plans they take, whether they're accepting new patients — is current. We stamp the date they last confirmed it.
We show you how fresh each listing is
On every profile and search result you'll see when the clinician last confirmed their details. Recently confirmed listings are marked so you can prioritize them.
You can flag anything inaccurate
Couldn't reach someone? Told they're not taking new patients? Use the "Report a problem" button on any profile. We re-check flagged listings and follow up with the clinician.
